We are all the more pleased to announce three exciting new additions to our range: with immediate effect, we are taking over the distribution of Rebel, Ezra Brooks and Lux Row whiskeys in Germany. The Rebel brand pioneered the production of bourbon with a high wheat content in 1849, bucking the trend towards bourbons with a high rye content. All bourbons have a wheated mash bill that has remained unchanged since 1849: the recipe is based on 68% corn, 20% wheat and 12% malted barley. The wide selection of Rebel Bourbons, including exciting cask finishes and even a #Rye Whiskey, is now available at Perola! 🙌 Ezra Brooks offers easy to enjoy, round drops that get their smooth mouthfeel from being charcoal filtered, making them wonderful for straight drinking or as a smooth base for drinks 🥃 The Lux Row Four Grain #Bourbon Whiskey is a blend of two single barrels based on wheat, rye, corn and malted barley. A complex whiskey for sipping!

Influenced by Grand Cru grapes and filtered with Kimmeridge limestone, a distinctive element of the region's soil, the gin imparts a fruity, mineral taste that mirrors its unique terroir. Behind the brand are Emma and Alex Watson, whose father owns a renowned vineyard in Chablis. They pay particular attention to ethical and sustainable principles during production. The name 'Renais' is derived from 'Renaître' (the French word for 'rebirth') and celebrates the renaissance of gin as a luxury spirit.
