Our new climate test chambers in the laboratory! 🌡️ In the chambers, we test our products under extreme conditions to ensure that they can withstand the various influences they are exposed in cars - whether heat, frost or humidity. This allows us to test our parts at temperatures from -70 °C to +180 °C, for example. Our Preh'ler Hauke Hein prepares everything for the next test. #PrehGroup #PassionForExcellence #Laboratory

Did you know that we not only develop and produce products for four-wheelers, but also for two-wheelers? Today we're showing you our "Multi-Controller" for motorcycles. 🏍 The controller is attached to the inside of the left handlebar grip. For the rider this is particularly convenient, as the hand can remain on the handlebars for operation. By turning up/down and tilting left/right, for example, you can navigate through the menu or adjust the volume of the helmet speakers. #PrehGroup #PassionForExcellence #Motorcycle

Der Fahrzeuginnenraum in neuem Licht 💡 In unserem neusten Artikel der Automobil Industrie dreht sich alles um diese 3 Stichworte: Licht, Design und funktionale Sicherheit (#FUSA) Im Fahrzeuginnenraum ist der Fahrer verschiedensten Reizen ausgesetzt, wie Licht, Temperatur oder auch Musik und ggf. Düfte. Diese wirken sich unterbewusst auf die Stimmung des Fahrers aus. Acoustic measurements 🎶 As vehicles become quieter and quieter, unwanted squeaking and rattling noises can become more prominent. Therefore, in addition to the results from service life tests, acoustic measurements carried out under vibration are becoming increasingly important. They are run in a acoustic chamber with a so-called "Silent Shaker". The noise generated by vibration is recorded and analyzed using an microphone. A time capsule and a great desire for unity. 🤝 A time capsule was found during the construction of our new company restaurant in 2013. This was embedded in the foundations over 60 years ago when the horse stables were built. Walter Preh, the son of our founder Jakob Preh, had written a letter for it and put it in the time capsule together with the “Rhön- und Saalepost” dated November 28, 1960 and a set of coins. 📜 He wrote: “It is our hope that when this document comes to light, there will be a united and peaceful Germany.” The Preh family's wish had already been fulfilled years earlier, as Germany had been reunited since 1989. #PrehGroup #PassionForExcellence #Reunion

So z.B. eine Methode die eine laserbasierte Messung der Ausdehnung von Lithium-Ionen Zellen während des Lade- und Entladevorgangs ⚡ ermöglicht. Wir freuen uns über die erfolgreiche und auf die weitere Zusammenarbeit.

Audi - 75 years of automobile production in Ingolstadt! Congratulations on this anniversary! Audi has been building cars in Ingolstadt since September 3, 1949. Before that, the car manufacturer was based in Zwickau, Saxony. However, due to a lack of parts supplies from the Soviet-occupied zone, it was impossible to continue production there. It was therefore time for a new start in West Germany. As a supplier, we also have a long history with the OEM. We have been developing and manufacturing various products for Audi since more than 20 years. These include climate control systems, central operating systems and multifunction switches for steering wheels. We also provide e-mobility components to Audi. One of our highlights ✨: Over the years, we have developed various Multi Media Interfaces for many Audi models! IAA-Transportation 2024 #Recap The fair is over, but we'll show you our products in the trucks again in fast-forward mode. We were at the DAF booth, at Mercedes-Benz and at MAN.
