🎉 Official remmersfit record day! 🎉 Our 5th remmersfit Lebensretter-Tag was a complete success! 💉 Started as a test campaign in 2019, the lifesaver day is now an integral part of our collaboration with DRK Löningen and the DSD. After initial challenges due to the coronavirus, we almost reached the 100 mark in 2023 with 96 donations. 🏭 Hygiene meets maximum durability 🍏 After decades of intensive use, the floor of the Aurich Süssmosterei was showing clear signs of wear and tear. In order to continue offering products of the highest quality in the coming years and to remain efficient, a comprehensive floor refurbishment was necessary. ✨ For the bottle cleaning and mixing plant areas, the substrate was first prepared by grinding and shot blasting. A mechanically resilient primer and a quartz sand mixture now ensure increased stability. In the mixing area, a 9 mm PU concrete flow coating was additionally applied, which makes the floor resistant and durable - ideal for industrial use. 👉 This flooring combines resilience and hygiene, tailored to modern production processes in the food industry. Have you already seen our new reference of the month? 🛠️ The challenge: Floors in wine cellars are constantly exposed to moisture and mechanical loads. Especially in older wine cellars, it is often unclear if they are sufficiently insulated and can withstand the mechanical stress. ✅Our solution: The Czech wine production cellar in Blatnička was given a completely new floor as part of refurbishment work. Old ceramic tiles and the underlying concrete were completely renewed and a slope was integrated into a stainless steel channel. The work on an area of 400 m² was carried out in two stages in order to keep production operations running. 👉 Curious? In the picturesque district of Oberrieden, directly on the hillside, an impressive new housing estate with three apartment blocks and a total of 48 residential units has been built. The combination of modern architecture and the natural surroundings makes this project particularly unique. 🌿🏞️ ✨ Our tried-and-tested water-based coating system was used for the durable and aesthetic surface coating of the wooden windows and doors.
