🏃♂️ Movember: Together for men's health Every November, the global Movember movement takes center stage, raising awareness and funds for critical men’s health issues – prostate cancer, testicular cancer, mental health, and suicide prevention. These challenges affect millions of men and their loved ones. Movember inspires actions such as the “Move for Movember” challenge or growing a moustache. In 2024, our IT & Digital team in Laives, Italy, joined the cause, inspired by our colleague Diego Battocletti. Growing mustaches and spreading awareness, they proudly contributed to the Movember mission. Plastics going circular conference at the NOI Techpark in Bolzano, Italy. 🎉 Health Day in a nutshell - a complete success! On November 19, the focus at the Worms site was on health and well-being. This year's Health Day was organized together with the health insurance company AOK.   The program on this day offered: 🌱 A superfood exhibition that offered new inspiration for a healthy diet. 🩺 Health checks, for motivating people to take more care of their bodies. ❓ A quiz that not only imparted knowledge, but also put everyone in a good mood. 🍴 Delicious and healthy snacks at our tasting stations - a highlight for all the senses! 🛠️ Practical workshops that provided valuable tips for a healthier lifestyle.   A big thank you to the AOK and all colleagues who made this day possible. At this year’s Röchling Conference, we had the exciting opportunity to showcase our product portfolio to colleagues from the different Röchling divisions during the "Market of Ideas."💡 Representing all four product areas - Aerodynamics, Propulsion, Structural Lightweight and Battery Solutions - we presented a wide range of highlights, including the Active Grill Shutter, Cross Car Beam, Active Charging Gate, Power Electronic Case and Round Cell Carrier. Our experts were on-site to dive into conversations and answer questions directly. The crowd favorite? Two Formula Student race cars, generously provided by university racing teams, featuring our prototypes! 🏎 They sparked enthusiasm from everyone, including our Group Board, Raphael A. Wolfram, Spokesman of the Executive Board and CEO of Röchling Automotive, and Evelyn Thome, CFO of the Röchling Group, who couldn’t resist hopping in for a closer look. He will take over as CEO of Röchling Automotive from February 1, 2025. With his expertise as an engineer, a clear, straightforward management style and a strong focus on teamwork, he has the ideal qualifications to lead our company successfully into the future. During his previous career path at companies such as Faurecia, Hella, Plastic Omnium and HBPO, he gained valuable experience in various management positions, from product development and sales to managing international organizations. In his private life, Martin enjoys sports like running and golf, while also embracing his roles as a devoted husband and father of two.
