What makes this milestone special? PlasmaLine D-R for sputtering Ti & Cu: The next generation vertical inline tools for advanced packaging application. High throughput and optimized adhesion on low roughness materials. Supporting traditional mSAP, SAP & ET processes as also additional glass core with substrate sizes of 510*515mm. PlasmaLine S-R for HPPF (High Speed Plasma Forming): Engineered for high speed deep etching of organic materials with and without filler, Designed as vertical cluster tool to produce any shape connection hole and embedded traces (ET). The tools are newly also used for a unique metallization process for the next generation of glass cores These innovative technologies reflect our dedication to addressing the future challenges of the substrate industry, empowering our customers with tools to enhance productivity, precision, capabilities and quality combined with a green footprint. What an incredible time we had at “Schlaufuchstage 2024” in Freudestadt this week! Our young participants took on the challenge of earning their "SCHMIDI boat license" - but before that, each child had to build their own "SCHMIDI- boat"! It was amazing to see the enthusiasm, creativity, and drive as the kids brought their boats to life and then proudly navigated the waters. This hands-on experience sparked plenty of smiles - and maybe even a few future engineers and captains! Thank you to everyone who joined us for this unforgettable adventure.
