Whew, we are very impressed by so much female excellence 💜 Yesterday, we had the pleasure of hearing the final 16 jury pitches for the EXIST Women program 🚀 From advancing electrochemical processes for sustainable chemistry and retail to innovative approaches in sustainability, culture, and education, the ideas showcased a remarkable range of creativity and impact. Some focused on making businesses more efficient, whether through streamlined management tools or improved funding processes for nonprofits, while others tackled pressing environmental challenges, from textile recycling to eco-friendly packaging and precision agriculture. Tech-driven safety solutions, platforms for community engagement, and tools for fostering healthier digital habits also stood out. And for the animal lovers, there was even a concept for a specialized advisory service. We can’t wait to see where these inspiring ideas go next! 🚀 #EXISTWomen #FemaleFounders #Innovation This year, the quality of the applications was exceptionally high and the 44 participants we had the pleasure of meeting this week were correspondingly strong. Wow! 💪 Next week, we will inform you, who made it into the next round of the EXIST program. We would like to take this opportunity to thank the members of the jury for helping us to select these promising women: Anna Figoluschka, Claudia Dirks, Katja Brunner, Philipp Heinicke, Caroline Kirstoff, Janina Sundermeier, Laura Bücheler, Franziska Mönch, Dr. Kristina Fajga, Dr. Rhea Machado, Nicola Filzmoser, IHK Berlin, Amrita Gandikota, Katharina Heinrich, Charlotte J. 🕵♀️ Performance-enhancing chewing gum, an AI-supported solution for understanding package inserts, the sale of lab-grown meat or an app to make city trips easier and better. 🌱 On Tuesday, seven teams of students from the "Venture Capital & Entrepreneurial Finance" course pitched their diverse start-up ideas, which they had developed within a few months, at the Humboldt-Universität zu Berlins Gründerhaus. Tim Adam and the entire Naviri team were there to give the students detailed feedback. The purpose of the course is to go through the initial process of a Startup in order to motivate students to start their own business. 💪 And indeed, some of the Master's students can definitely see themselves following this path. The successful pitches were followed by pizza. 👉 We regularly cooperate with professors. Are you interested in offering your students a course of this kind? Feel free to contact us! We also regularly offer courses of this kind. You can find more information in the comments 👇

Moreover in the shadow of business development we have proven our vision in the first pilot installations in 2024 - savings of more than 40% of electricity needed for operating cooling systems by our digital system management. Together with my co-founders Walther Hüls and Jan Albers we wouldn’t have come nearly this far without all of your trust in us, which helped us to move forward and build the foundation of the company, and 🥁 we would not have proven anything in such a short time without our amazing team. We are allready looking forward to onboard more colleagues. 📣 Follow Factor4Solutions GmbH – we invite you to join us on our journey 🧳 towards a future where ecological and economic sustainability shake hand in a win-win-situation for a new beyond. https://lnkd.in/eDingMjw
