Discover Hannah's inspiring story and her experiences with us. 👇 Q: What have been some milestones on your life journey so far?  H: “In my younger years, I probably didn’t have the most pronounced life path, but I still have a few milestones that I’m proud of. I worked various part-time jobs during school and became a marketing assistant during high school graduation. Afterward, I started a dual study program right here. Recently, I successfully completed a semester abroad, which greatly enriched my intercultural perspective. Now, I am preparing for my final semester and focusing on writing my bachelor thesis. After graduation, I am excited to embark on my professional journey and apply the knowledge and experience I have gained.”  Q: What advice would you give to your 15-year-old self?   H: "I'd say: embrace new experiences and opportunities to learn. Growth often stems from facing challenges and learning from mistakes. Believe in yourself, trust your abilities, and have the courage to follow your own path, even when it's uncertain."  Q: What is your definition of success?   H: “Success is not a destination; it is a continuous journey of personal development.” Q: What is your source of strength?   H: “I draw my strength and inspiration primarily from my personal environment. My family, partner, and close friends are an inexhaustible source of support, love, and motivation. At the beginning of January, our company was mentioned in the Handelsblatt and we would like to share the key points with you. 📰 Our latest co-operation with Dolce & Gabbana was a complete success! 🎉 The limited edition highlighter box sold out in no time. This collaboration shows how we can strengthen our brand and open up new markets through innovative partnerships. 🤝✨ But this is just the beginning. Despite a slight decline in sales in the last financial year, we are focusing on a new strategy in order to grow again. With our medium-term strategy ‘Stabilo 2030’, we are focussing on trends, feel-good products and our first global brand campaign. 🌍📊 We want to inspire creative minds and offer them the best tools, be it through ‘playful creativity’, ‘social & mental wellbeing’ or ‘edutainment’. 🎨 It is particularly important to us to recognize trends at an early stage and react to them. ✨ Color Code Keynote: Unconscious Bias ✨ The unconscious bias was the topic of one of our keynotes held by Bärbel Waldeck our Head of Global Go-To-Market & International Trade Marketing. Unconscious biases are automatic, often subconscious assumptions or judgments we make about other people. These biases arise from our experiences, culture, and parenting, and can influence our decisions and actions without us realizing it. Unconscious biases can lead to discrimination and unequal treatment. They affect our perception and behavior towards others and can undermine the benefits of diversity. 🚫 In the workplace, unconscious biases can negatively impact decision-making, team dynamics, and equal opportunities. They can lead to certain groups being disadvantaged, affecting team morale and productivity. 💼 How can we overcome them?  Self-reflection and awareness: Regular self-reflection and training can help identify unconscious biases. 🧠  Promote diversity: Consciously promote diversity in teams and networks to integrate different perspectives. 🌈  Structured decision-making processes: Apply objective criteria and structured processes in decision-making to minimize biases. 📊  Let's work together to recognize and overcome our unconscious biases to create a more equal and inclusive work environment. 🌍💼   #Diversity #Inclusion #UnconsciousBias #WorkplaceEquality #Leadership

In our "Knit Knit - Creative Hour" our employees had a blast learning the basics of knitting and trying their hand at their first project – a headband for the frosty season. They shared their previous experiences, knitted together and helped each other! 🧶🌟 During the workshop, we learned the basics of knitting step by step and tried our hand at different techniques. The relaxed atmosphere allowed us to share ideas and chat, and it was incredible to see everyone supporting each other. 🤝 And the results? They might be found under the Christmas tree. 🎄 A big thank you to all participants for the amazing atmosphere!
