🍦 𝗘𝗻𝗷𝗼𝘆 𝘆𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗶𝗰𝗲 𝗰𝗿𝗲𝗮𝗺! In response to the rising demand for healthy and sustainably produced products, we've created 𝗦𝘁𝗲𝗿𝗻𝗣𝘂𝗿 𝗦 𝗗𝗛 𝟱𝟬, a hydrolysed sunflower lecithin that doesn’t compromise on taste. It supports image-friendly labeling and has a 𝘄𝗶𝗱𝗲 𝗿𝗮𝗻𝗴𝗲 𝗼𝗳 𝗮𝗽𝗽𝗹𝗶𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀. For example, 𝗶𝗻 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗳𝗿𝗼𝘇𝗲𝗻 𝘀𝗲𝗴𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁. In the production of ice cream, it inhibits ice crystal growth, keeping crystals small during freezing, which 𝗲𝗻𝗵𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗲𝘀 𝘁𝗲𝘅𝘁𝘂𝗿𝗲 and 𝘀𝗹𝗼𝘄𝘀 𝗺𝗲𝗹𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴, making ice cream 𝗺𝗼𝗿𝗲 𝗲𝗻𝗷𝗼𝘆𝗮𝗯𝗹𝗲 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝗰𝗼𝗻𝘀𝘂𝗺𝗲𝗿𝘀. Additionally, the small ice crystals improve freeze-thaw stability in frozen baked goods, reducing the risk of freezer burns. 𝗨𝗻𝗹𝗼𝗰𝗸 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗵𝗶𝗴𝗵 𝗽𝗼𝘁𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗶𝗮𝗹 𝗼𝗳 𝗵𝘆𝗱𝗿𝗼𝗹𝘆𝘀𝗲𝗱 𝘀𝘂𝗻𝗳𝗹𝗼𝘄𝗲𝗿 𝗹𝗲𝗰𝗶𝘁𝗵𝗶𝗻 To meet the increasing global demand for healthy foods and sustainable production, without compromises in taste, we recently introduced our hydrolysed sunflower lecithin powder. Named 𝗦𝘁𝗲𝗿𝗻𝗣𝘂𝗿 𝗦 𝗗𝗛 𝟱𝟬, it offers you several advantages in functionality and labelling: 👉 Declaration as E322 – Lecithin, providing the same image-friendly labelling with additional functionalities. 👉 Odourless and taste neutral, broadening your end-product application possibilities, including taste-sensitive products. 👉 More mobile and smaller molecules, expanding the range of use cases. 👉 Higher hydrophilicity production of oil-in-water emulsions. 👉 Optimised steric arrangement and charge distribution of the molecules, which mainly leads to structural benefits in the food system. 👉 Highly active, which leads to interactions with other ingredients and expands the range of functionalities. This multi- and highly functional ingredient provides many benefits in various applications like vegan cooking cream and coffee creamer, Barista oat milk, vegan ice cream and frozen products. Message us, if you like to learn more about our hydrolysed sunflower lecithin.
