Fi Europe 2024 came to a close last Thursday, and today we’re taking a moment to reflect on an incredible few days in Frankfurt. Meeting so many new and familiar faces from across the food industry was a true HYghlight. The engaging discussions with attendees, partners, customers, and suppliers made this year’s fair one to remember. Besides the Food Innovation Tour on the first day of Fi Europe, 𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗛𝗬𝗹𝗶𝗴𝗵𝘁𝘀 included: Dr. Katharina Burdorf’𝘀 𝗶𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗿𝘃𝗶𝗲𝘄 𝘄𝗶𝘁𝗵 Missy Green 𝗳𝗿𝗼𝗺 𝗙𝗼𝗼𝗱 𝗜𝗻𝗴𝗿𝗲𝗱𝗶𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀 𝗙𝗶𝗿𝘀𝘁 spotlighting one of our best ager innovations: 𝙩𝙝𝙚 𝙝𝙞𝙜𝙝-𝙥𝙧𝙤𝙩𝙚𝙞𝙣, 𝙡𝙤𝙬-𝙛𝙖𝙩 𝙥𝙪𝙙𝙙𝙞𝙣𝙜 𝙩𝙖𝙧𝙩𝙚𝙡𝙚𝙩𝙩𝙚 𝙬𝙞𝙩𝙝 𝙢𝙞𝙭𝙚𝙙 𝙛𝙖𝙩 𝙘𝙧𝙚𝙖𝙢, designed to meet the nutritional needs of the growing 55+ population. We were excited to have been selected as one of 10 booths to showcase our yogonaise at the Food Innovation Tour in the Health and Wellbeing category. Yogonaise is a unique mayo sauce featuring 20% thermized, fat-reduced yogurt, stabilized with our popular Stabimuls MRH line, one of the best-sellers in our portfolio. 25 visitors had the chance to sample our yogonaise with tasty potato wedges at our booth 3.1C50, and it was a hit!
