Our on-water demos at #Hydro2024 went brilliantly this week, with the Mantas T12 #USV and Sonic 2026V+ #multibeam combo proving a perfect match ☯ The data was top-notch but if there’s one thing we proved over the last few days, it’s that the agility of our #autonomous platform makes it much easier to survey in narrow and confined areas, as can be seen in these photos. It’s been a busy day dockside for our demo team at #Hydro2024 today. Alongside a visit from Aramco to watch our #USV in action we also had a crew from German TV company Norddeutscher Rundfunk (NDR) down by the water. They interviewed our very own Frank Niemeyer and shot some (we expect) great footage of our Maritime Tactical Systems (MARTAC), Inc. built Mantas T12 going about its work, with a tilted R2Sonic 2026V+ #multibeam onboard. The team is ready dockside at Hydro 2024 today, ahead of three days of demonstrations featuring the Mantas T12 #USV and Integrated 2026V+ #MBES. We are demonstrating high end sensor integration on a small, agile platform as well as advances in acquiring high-resolution #bathymetry using a tilted #multibeam configuration for fine seabed details with a grid size of 0.1 m or less, even at water depths of 10m. The demos will also provide insight into our developments in remote operations/monitoring and fully autonomous surveys (manual, semi, auto mission modes) as well as safe navigation and #AIS capabilities in high traffic. We hope you can make it to meet the team and watch a demo, as we’re positive we can show you new approaches to improving your #marinsurvey and data acquisition/quality workflows! You’ll find us dockside between the two restaurants at the marina.

One of the year’s most important industry events, @Hydro 2024, is taking place in Rostock- Warnemünde, near to our @OTC Rostock headquarters in a few weeks time.
