The Baltic Sea Hub – Mukran Port – has entered the subsequent phase of the energy transition. Stefan Lindberg, TASK Engineering, is serving as a consultant for the Port of Mukran. Mukran Port's strategic position in the Baltic Sea has grown over time. Located on Rügen — Germany's largest island — Mukran Port benefits in several ways from its exposed location not only, but also for the Offshore Wind Energy Industry. The deep-water port has the shortest sea connections to Sweden, Denmark (Bornholm), Finland, the Baltic States and to the offshore windfarms. What are the requirements of the companies and industries that necessitate a functional port on the coast, and what are the requirements of the companies that are based here and collaborate with the port? Mukran has great potential for further development and would like to adapt it to the needs of its customers. Stefan Lindberg — TASK Engineering — is engaged as a consultant for Port Mukran. His experience in the maritime and offshore wind energy sector allows him to understand what companies require and what requirements are placed on the port and location. Added to this is the strategic position of his companies in Mukran and Rønne — the two central harbour hubs in the Baltic Sea. In particular, the exchange and utilization of synergies, the cooperation with Port Mukran and our Danish friends at Port Rønne during capacity peaks, make Stefan an important partner in this development process. We are looking forward to strengthening the Baltic Sea location together! #MukranPort #BalticSea #Windenergy #MecklenburgVorpommern #TASKEngineering

Great looking forward to learn about further news in this exsiting corporation.
𝐆𝐫𝐞𝐞𝐧 𝐞𝐧𝐞𝐫𝐠𝐲 𝐩𝐫𝐨𝐝𝐮𝐜𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐰𝐢𝐭𝐡𝐨𝐮𝐭 𝐛𝐨𝐫𝐝𝐞𝐫𝐬 💚 🇩🇰 🇩🇪 ⚓Last Sunday, Mukran Port welcomed a Danish delegation with representatives from the island of #Bornholm to further strengthen cross-border cooperation on energy issues and economic exchanges. 🚀 We were pleased to be able to kick off the delegation trip and welcome the participants to our port. After traveling by ferry with BORNHOLMSLINJEN from Rønne to Sassnitz/Mukran, the guests from Denmark met representatives of the state government of Mecklenburg-Western Pomerania. The delegation was welcomed by Parliamentary State Secretary Heiko Miraß, the Mayor of Bornholm Jacob Trøst, the Mayor of Sassnitz Leon Kräusche, and Fridjof Ostenberg, Interim Managing Director of Mukran Port. Discussions then took place about, among other things, the future of the port industry, green commercial areas and future cooperation opportunities💚🤝 🎯 The focus of the meeting was the innovative “Green Port Mukran” project, which was presented by Claudia Martens, Head of Energy, Marketing & Sales. The aim of the project is to establish Mukran Port as a model for a sustainable port location in the region and to promote climate-friendly solutions in maritime infrastructure. The question will be examined as to how regional ports can contribute to the creation of local jobs through offshore #wind power and #hydrogen infrastructure. Stefan Lindberg, CEO of Task Engineering, showed how cross-border and future-oriented cooperation can be practiced using his corporate structure with headquarters in both Sassnitz and Rønne. Jann Reinhardt from the Ministry of Economic Affairs MV presented the G3 Green Industrial Areas Mecklenburg-Western Pomerania project and Thomas Einsfelder, CEO Invest in MV (Invest in Mecklenburg-Vorpommern), spoke about Energy Business Parks as a motor for local growth. 🗺️ The delegation visits various stations in Mecklenburg-Western Pomerania. This is a return visit after Minister of Economic Affairs Reinhard Meyer, together with Parliamentary State Secretaries Michael Kellner (BMWK) and Heiko Miraß (MV), visited the island in May this year to learn more about the “Bornholm Energy Island” project. 🫶 We would like to thank all participants for their visit and interest in our port and look forward to numerous joint projects to further promote sustainable development and economic growth in the region📈 Learn more in our press release (DE): https://lnkd.in/etAPF5Fg

Adrian Becke – TASK Engineering Chief Operation Officer for Bornholm. Adrian Becke has been with the company since May 2022. Today marks his official appointment as the TASK Engineering Chief Operation Officer for Bornholm. For 25 years, he has been working in the maritime industry in leading positions. For the past two years, he has worked on the island for Vestas Commercial as a site team assistant and has coordinated the construction of the offshore wind energy parks 'Arcadis-Ost' and 'Baltic Eagle.' He knows our customers from the wind energy sector very well and also knows the island and all the important partners on site. This is a great advantage and guarantees a smooth process and barrier-free support for offshore wind energy projects in the Baltic Sea around Bornholm. We are pleased to have a permanent contact for our customers on the island and in this way, we can also further strengthen the connection between Mecklenburg-Vorpommern and Bornholm. #Bornholm #MecklenburgVorpommern #WindEnergy #BalticSea, Adrian Becke, Stefan Lindberg

Working with the wind. On our way to the Energy Island Bornholm. A second focus of our delegation tour to Bornholm, on the 12th of September, was the sailing of our sponsored boat from “Next Generation Boating”. The wind is the bridge. Not only for the cooperation between Mecklenburg-Vorpommern and Bornholm, likewise to a sustainable future for the next generation. We all want to attract more attention to renewable energy productions, specially in the Baltic Sea, where #TASKEngineering has his focus on. Everyone involved wants to achieve the greatest success. Thanks a lot to the WindEnergy Network e.V., Next Generation Boating with Lennart Burke and melwin fink. The Co-sailors: Michael Pett, Alexander Mahlke, Daniel Melcher, Peter Menzel, Thomas Britt, Leon Kräusche and all the other participants. #WindEnergy #Bornholm #NeueEnergie #OffshoreWind

#WindEnergy #Bornholm #NeueEnergien #OffshoreWind
