The future of work is a work in progress. ORGATEC Cologne 2024 presented a bold vision of the future workplace. The emphasis on collaboration, efficiency and comfort is inspiring, but some trends felt a bit superficial or impractical. The ancient but also still extremly relevant challenge is always to balance aesthetics with usability and making sure the future of work isn’t just visually appealing but truly effective.
