Ważny jest dla nas rozwój: szkolimy się, nabieramy doświadczenia poprzez podejmowanie kolejnych wyzwań i ciągle poszukujemy nowych rozwiązań. Wiemy również, jak ważne jest dobre wdrożenie nowych pracowników, tak żeby zapewnić jak najlepszą obsługę naszym klientom. Dlatego nasi nowi pracownicy Piotr Nowacki, Dariusz Padyjasek oraz Zuzanna Dudzińska, po serii gruntownych szkoleń lokalnych, udali się do kampusu w centrali firmy oraz do fabryk w Niemczech i we Francji. Program był intensywny: szkolenia, wiedza praktyczna, poznawanie procesów oraz szansa na zapoznanie międzynarodowego zespołu TENTE.
