Trivium eSolutions wishes a Merry Christmas and a successful New Year!

𝐓𝐫𝐢𝐯𝐢𝐮𝐦 𝐇𝐚𝐜𝐤𝐚𝐭𝐡𝐨𝐧: 𝐔𝐧𝐥𝐞𝐚𝐬𝐡𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐏𝐨𝐰𝐞𝐫 𝐨𝐟 𝐀𝐈 𝐟𝐨𝐫 𝐈𝐧𝐝𝐮𝐬𝐭𝐫𝐲! On November 15th, we brought innovation to life with a dynamic hackathon held simultaneously across Munich, Zwolle and Bangalore. Sixty participants in six teams raced against the clock to develop AI-powered prototypes that address real-world industrial challenges. It was a full day of creativity, experimentation, and teamwork!    The mission: Build innovative AI solutions to solve customer challenges while sharing countless cups of coffee, slices of pizza, and ending the day with well-deserved celebrations.    The result: Six impressive prototypes, each leveraging AI and Large Language Models to address unique customer needs. A testament to the incredible possibilities of AI in industry! 

𝐂𝐨𝐥𝐥𝐚𝐛𝐨𝐫𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐂𝐞𝐥𝐞𝐛𝐫𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐖𝐞𝐞𝐤 𝐚𝐭 𝐨𝐮𝐫 𝐁𝐚𝐧𝐠𝐚𝐥𝐨𝐫𝐞 𝐎𝐟𝐟𝐢𝐜𝐞!   This November, we brought our entire Bangalore team together with seven representatives from our offices in Germany and the Netherlands for an extraordinary week of interaction and engagement. What made it special? Here’s a quick look at the highlights: - 𝐒𝐭𝐫𝐚𝐭𝐞𝐠𝐢𝐜 𝐀𝐥𝐢𝐠𝐧𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭: In-depth discussions to align on key projects and goals.  - 𝐓𝐞𝐜𝐡 𝐓𝐚𝐥𝐤𝐬: Fascinating sessions on topics like Generative AI and Scalable Systems Architectures.  - 𝐂𝐫𝐨𝐬𝐬-𝐂𝐮𝐥𝐭𝐮𝐫𝐚𝐥 𝐂𝐨𝐥𝐥𝐚𝐛𝐨𝐫𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐖𝐨𝐫𝐤𝐬𝐡𝐨𝐩: Insights from The Culture Map to strengthen our global teamwork.  - 𝐉𝐚𝐬𝐡𝐧’ 𝐞 𝐓𝐫𝐢𝐯𝐢𝐮𝐦: Our annual company celebration featuring a CEO address, awards, Bollywood and German (!) dances by our team members, live music, and endless fun.  - 𝐂𝐫𝐢𝐜𝐤𝐞𝐭 𝐌𝐢𝐧𝐢-𝐓𝐨𝐮𝐫𝐧𝐚𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭: Four teams, three countries, one exciting evening! It was a perfect blend of #productivity, #learning, and #celebration. A week like no other - filled with memories to cherish! Here are some glimpses...

𝐍𝐞𝐰 𝐓𝐫𝐢𝐯𝐢𝐮𝐦 𝐨𝐟𝐟𝐢𝐜𝐞 𝐢𝐧 𝐁𝐞𝐧𝐞𝐥𝐮𝐱!     Wednesday, October 30th, was the big day! 🎉 Together with our colleagues, family, clients, and partners, we officially opened our new Benelux office in the iconic City Post building on Westerlaan in Zwolle. At the opening, our CEO, Nikhil Nakra, spoke to our customers and our team about our value proposition and our strategy of expansion in the Benelux region.🏢     Our new office is filled with natural light, has a spacious layout, and offers green views—a space that truly invites innovation. In short, an office that perfectly fits our identity.     We look forward to welcoming our clients and partners here in the coming years and creating the latest high-end IT solutions together with energy.     #Opening #NewLocation #Innovation

“Collaborating across Cultures” was the theme of this year’s Trivium Day. Team members from over 12 different countries work together Trivium eSolutions in high-impact global teams for international customers.  Together, we used the “Culture Map” as a framework for understanding different work cultures in global teams and discussed how they apply to projects at Trivium and in our customers’ organizations.    We certainly love the mountains at Trivium: Last year we spent our Trivium Day on the Zugspitze, this year we enjoyed the spectacular view of the Watzmann mountain in Berchtesgaden. From the “Top of Germany” our journey took us to the depths of the Bad Reichenhall salt mines where we were immersed in the fascinating world of salt extraction.    If you’re interested in the “Culture Map” and how to improve collaboration in truly international teams, do get in touch.
