Flexibility is at the heart of how we operate, aligning seamlessly with our clients’ needs. In November, this global mindset came to life as we hosted the managing staff of our international offices at our Cologne headquarters for an International Round Table Week of #collaboration, #innovation, and #connection. For Rong Wang, Managing Director APAC, meeting with familiar faces, some of which she’s only met virtually, it was a meaningful step forward: " I appreciate the open communication to tackle the problems and the joint cooperation. UNICEPTA has always benefited from globalization and will continue to benefit from international cooperation.” The week combined sessionson AI, branding, and market trends with moments to build stronger connections – from exploring the city of Cologne and the occasional visit to one of the many Christmas markets to team dinners and other team building incentives. Tim Zecchin, Managing Director of UNICEPTA UK, summed it up: "The focus was very much on enhancing collaboration across our global clients, offices, and diverse teams. The mix of insights and informal moments showed how powerful our collaboration can be – and left us excited for the journey ahead."
