What a fantastic way to end an incredible year! 🎉 Yesterday, Urban Ray kicked off our end-of-year celebration at Buddy Bash in Cologne, where we dove into some friendly competition, played all kinds of games, and enjoyed each other's company. It was the perfect way to bond, laugh, and remind ourselves how much we’ve grown as a team. Afterward, we headed back to the office to continue the celebrations with drinks, delicious food, and the highlight of the evening: the Urban Ray Awards! 🌟 Congratulations to Lars, Adriana, and Maximilian for taking home the trophies this year - we’re so lucky to have such dedicated and talented team members. We also celebrated some incredible personal milestones. Both Adriana and Arne completed their master’s degrees this year and have officially joined Urban Ray as full-time team members! 👏 We are so proud of them. 💙 This party wasn’t just about having fun (although we did a lot of that!); it was about reflecting on the amazing journey we’ve been on this year. This game-changing technology promises to deliver critical supplies faster and more efficiently between hospitals, labs, and pharmacies - all without human intervention. With the potential to transform patient care and ease the logistical burdens on healthcare providers, this innovation is set to reshape the future of medical logistics. Today, we’re thrilled to announce strategic partnerships with leading healthcare institutions to bring this vision to life. Our collaboration with Labor Dr. Wisplinghoff, one of Europe’s largest independent private laboratories, will launch a pilot program in 2025, using Urban Ray’s autonomous aerial logistics to seamlessly integrate fast deliveries into everyday lab operations. This partnership will reduce delivery times for critical medical samples, enhancing both operational efficiency and patient care. ✨ 💙 As Paul Pollok, Logistics Group Leader at Labor Dr. Wisplinghoff, shares:  “We’re excited to work with Urban Ray on this innovative solution. Autonomous aerial logistics could greatly reduce delivery times for critical medical samples, enhancing both our operations and patient care.” We are also partnering with Contilia Group clinics, mvzlm Ruhr laboratory, and Dom-Apotheke Dr. Peterseim pharmacy to establish automated delivery routes in the Ruhr Valley, creating a sustainable and future-proof healthcare network. These partnerships represent a major milestone as we prepare for full-scale operations in 2026.
