January marks 3 years with Urban Sports Club and I am simply grateful for everyone being part of my own journey. I am happy to have created such beautiful relationships with many partners within my years at Urban Sports - too many to name. The German fitness market is in growth mode and once again it was an honor to accompany some studio openings this month: Holmes Place Deutschland expanding their brand by opening their first „Pilates Reformer“ studio - Melina thank you for having us over and celebrating your new project. OPEN STUDIOS by Julia Bach creating their third wellbeing oasis and offering many classes to simply feel good and find yourself. Warm, cozy and open describes the brand perfectly. Strength training for everyone - a completely new boutique fitness concept just opened its doors in Berlin and members love it! LIFTED is a new innovation on the market and makes classic strength training more accessible - well done, David! I am looking forward to this year and the new experiences, projects and events ahead of us. Great things are coming 🕺🏼

Work hard - Rocycle hard 🚀 🚲 At Urban Sports Club, we don’t just set goals—we create roadmaps for impact. Our Marketing team recently gathered in Berlin for an energizing ‘Horizon 2025’ workshop, where we focused on what truly matters: defining bold objectives, sharpening our strategies, and aligning as one unified team. What stood out? The energy in the room! Ideas flowed, perspectives challenged each other, and a clear vision emerged: 2025 is about ambition backed by action. Of course, balance is key. In between strategy sessions, we took a break to recharge with a spin class at one of our amazing partners. It was more than just a workout—it was a reminder of why we do what we do: promoting wellbeing from the inside out. In the fast-moving landscape of marketing, especially within growth-driven environments, it’s easy to get lost in the day-to-day grind. But this workshop reinforced something simple yet powerful: success starts with people—motivated, connected, and inspired. We’re excited for what’s ahead. Just returned from an invigorating 'Horizon 2025' workshop with the Urban Sports Club Marketing team in Berlin. Together we set our goals, aligned on actions and we are now geared up to tackle some spectacularly ambitious KPIs for 2025. El deporte para mí es un estilo de vida y en especial lo uno mucho al ámbito profesional porque GRACIAS al deporte aprendo muchas cosas que aplico en mi carrera: la disciplina, la superación, el “paso a paso”, saber gestionar la frustración, creer que puedo cuando creo que no o saber decir que no, cuando no se puede.
