Whenever high productivity is expected from a machine ⚙️ in continuous operation, our #punchingsystems are used. For example, our integrated high-performance punching system HDE, which we have developed specifically for #punching, #nibbling and #forming applications in the high-end sector. With a punching stroke of 4 mm, HDE achieves a cycle time of just 18 ms. The latter is based on #DECV (Direct Electronic Copy Valve) valve technology as well as intelligent hydraulic and electronic control circuits. Thanks to its design, the valve is also extremely flexible, making it particularly easy to integrate into a machine or system . Recently, Voith delivered a 1962 mm diameter pulley to a South American copper mine. Assembly is done. The 60-ton pulley including brake disc is made ready for shipping.
