🔋Our Czech colleagues at Škoda Auto in Mladá Boleslav recently passed the important milestone of 1,000,000 battery systems, produced so far. They started five years ago building traction #batteries for the Superb iV plug-in hybrid. Today they are even supplying power packs for fully electric vehicles to other brands of our Group, like AUDI AG, SEAT S.A., CUPRA, and Volkswagen. 💬 Andreas Dick, board member for production and logistics at Škoda Auto, stated: “This achievement highlights our commitment to sustainable mobility and our contribution to driving the industry’s transformation towards a greener future. With determination, we are now taking the next steps: construction of an additional battery system facility in Mladá Boleslav is already underway!”

The Governor, Libia Dennise García Muñoz Ledo, has just certified their efforts as an environmentally clean company. This plant achieves 100% compliance with ecological management criteria, e.g. ✅ Air and soil, ✅ Water and waste, ✅ Noise and atmospheric emissions.
