🌷 A strong statement from our Power Women: Bosch Rexroth celebrated International Women's Day with a special event in #ulm! 🌱   Women have made significant strides over time, and we embrace the progress. That's why International Women's Day was introduced to celebrate the achievement. As a symbol of our diversity and growth at Bosch Rexroth, we planted flower bulbs in our flower bed for each woman. 💪   The whole event was put together by the women@bosch network. Created by women for women, we provide space for networking, learning, sharing experiences, and much more. Since our founding at the Ulm location in March 2023, we have already experienced many inspiring moments and look forward to further exciting events such as model factory tours, lectures, fireside chats or lunch breaks.   We support diversity, equality and inclusion and encourage all employees to connect, share, and learn from one another. During our recent hybrid-hackathon event, we set out on a mission to transform user interface experiences. 🚀 With teams from #ulm and #schweinfurt coming together, we tackled the challenge with enthusiasm and developer pride. Special thanks to our hack coaches Pascal Siegfried Wuertz, Andrej Dering, Stephan Karg, and Janette Kothe for guiding us through the process. After intense collaboration fueled by hackfood delights, including pizza, doner, and sandwiches, we successfully delivered a cutting-edge solution in record time. Szavazz a CU.BE-ra!!!   A CU.BE by Bosch Rexroth Budapest Magyarország egyik első ipari innovációs élményközpontja, a mi büszkeségünk, amiben a Bosch Rexroth Hungary teljes csapatának több éves munkája van. Elképesztő utazás volt ezt megvalósítani. Nem tagadom, voltak nehéz pillanatok, bonyodalmak, leküzdhetetlennek tűnő akadályok. De minden ilyenen túllendültünk, tanultunk belőle és mint csapat is sokat fejlődtünk. Külön élmény volt, hogy ezen az úton együtt mehettünk végig kollégáinkkal a Bosch Magyarország részéről, a Bosch Rexroth nemzetközi csapatából és a VIADOR ATRIUM-tól. A projekt minden lépésénél ott lebegett a szemünk előtt a végcél: létrehozni egy olyan helyet, ahol az ipari digitalizáció életre kel. A CU.BE nem csak egy bemutató központ lett, hanem egy álom megvalósulása, ahol a fenntartható gyártástechnológia inspiráló környezetet biztosít a magyar ipar szereplői számára a jövőbe mutató diszkussziók lefolytatására.  Persze a megnyitás után sem dőltünk hátra, jelenleg is a vendégélmény folyamatos javításán dolgozunk a látogatók visszajelzései és a saját ötleteink, innovációink alapján. Azt szeretnénk, ha a CU.BE a magyar ipari szcéna minden tagjának meghatározó közösségi terévé válna.
