We are looking for a Sales Analyst – Student Worker: Would you like to work with data analysis and help Bisca A/S in developing successful assortment, promotion and customer strategies? The job: As a “Sales Analyst” you will be responsible for preparation of various analyses and presentations to our sales team based on market data and internal data. More specifically, the job includes: - Preparation of customer analyses and presentations including - Monthly business reviews per customer - Commercial Board material - Sales Meeting (findings) - Presentation of key promotion drivers and findings to the sales team - Databased assortment and promotion input to customer presentations - Competitor analysis - Ad hoc practical tasks such as handling samples etc. You will be part of our small, agile sales team with many points of contact throughout the company. The position is approximately 12-15 hours per week spilt on 2 days, and we need you to start as soon as possible. Our office is situated in Albertslund in short bike riding distance from Glostrup and Albertslund stations – approximately 35 minutes from Copenhagen Center. Bisca can lend you a bike which you can use to/from the station to the office, if required. Your profile We are looking for a person who is in the middle of the Bachelor studies and who wants to strengthen his/her curriculum vitae with relevant working experience. It is an advantage if you have experience from other student jobs. You do not need to be Danish speaking to be able to handle the job. I dag har vi fejret Bjarne Pedersen, som har 50-års jubilæum hos Bisca!   Bjarne startede hos Bisca, da han var 20 år, og fik hurtigt det overordnede opsyn med kammerjunkerproduktionen. Siden da har han haft forskelligt ansvar, og fabrikken har også udviklet sig markant, men Bjarne kan stadig pege på de kammerjunkere, hvor det hele startede for 50 år siden.   Bjarne er indstillet til Den Kongelige Belønningsmedalje, men efter tronskiftet er behandlingen af ansøgere sat på pause. Derfor har hans kollegaer lavet en helt særlig Bisca-medalje, som han især har fortjent. Han fik overrakt medaljen af vores Adm. Direktør, Kristian Walsøe, da han blev hyldet af familie, nuværende og tidligere kollegaer til sin reception.   I dag har Bjarne sidste dag hos Bisca, og vil efterfølgende gå på pension. Hos Bisca er vi stolte af alle vores ansatte også vores medarbejdere fra flere forskellige lande, som i dag bl.a. tæller 13 ansatte fra Ukraine. De 13 ukrainere er blevet ansat løbende over de sidste par år og arbejder i vores produktion i Stege på Møn. Her har vores produktionsleder, Heidi Figgé og fabriksdirektør, Anders Holmström, sammen med de øvrige medarbejdere, og i samarbejde med Vordingborg Kommune, gjort en stor forskel i integrationen af de ukrainske ansatte. Den 13. december havde vi fornøjelsen af at byde velkommen til 1.G og 2.G fra ZBC i Vordingborg. Gitte og Bjarne havde æren af at vise dem rundt i produktionen og guide dem gennem Karen Volfs spændende rejse gennem årene. Eleverne viste stor spørgelyst og udviste imponerende interesse for vores produktionsprocesser. Blandt de mange spørgsmål, var der særlig fokus på bæredygtighed og hvilke uddannelsesmuligheder, der kunne være relevante for vores industri. Vi er begejstrede for at have haft muligheden for at dele vores passion for kiks og kager, og vi ser frem til at inspirere og samarbejde med de kommende generationer inden for vores branche. Tak til ZBC-eleverne for en fantastisk dag med gode spørgsmål og engageret dialog!
