Each season, Copenhagen Fashion Week welcomes esteemed press, buyers and influencers to four days of shows, presentations and events as well as the two trade shows CIFF and Revolver.

The official AW25 talk program, supported by Vogue Business, makes up a vital element of the official schedule each season, representing an opportunity to dig deeper into wider issues facing fashion. For AW25, Copenhagen Fashion Week has invited industry leaders and creatives to discuss a wide range of topics and issues within the industry. The Future of Inclusive Design: Challenges and Opportunities in Adaptive Fashion 28 January / 14:00–14:45 CET / Polestar, Kristen Bernikows Gade 3, Copenhagen A discussion on the expansion of adaptive wear in fashion, through insights, strategies, and leading solutions. This talk will be a two part series, connecting the AW25 and SS26 edition, with part one exploring the challenges and avenues for change, and part two looking to case studies of brands leading in designing for positive impact and pioneers in this field. Copenhagen Fashion Week is thrilled to continue its partnership with the Wessel& Vett Fashion Prize as a Strategic Partner. Formerly known as the Magasin du Nord Fashion Prize, the Wessel & Vett Fashion Prize honors the talent and expertise of Danish fashion designers and brands. Established in 2012 by the Wessel & Vett Foundation, the prize reflects the foundation’s core values of entrepreneurship and fashion innovation. It serves as a tribute to the legacy of Magasin du Nord, a historic fashion institution, and to the commitment of the foundation’s board members, descendants of the department store’s founders, Theodor Wessel and Emil Vett, to nurturing Danish design talent.

Today, the British Fashion Council (BFC) and Copenhagen Fashion Week (CPHFW) announce a new collaboration, joining forces to align their efforts to accelerate the industry's sustainability actions across the Nordic and British fashion markets. As part of the collaboration, the BFC will roll out the Sustainability Requirements framework developed by CPHFW. This will kick off with the BFC NEWGEN initiative in 2025, where the Minimum Standards will be embedded into the existing mandatory criteria for admission. Following an onboarding and piloting period, the full implementation will come into effect fully by January 2026. Caroline Rush, Chief Executive, British Fashion Council said, "We are thrilled to align with the Copenhagen Fashion Week Sustainability Requirements across BFC NEWGEN, this builds on our existing Minimum Standards and reaffirms our commitment to driving positive change across the global fashion industry. This partnership is a significant step in ensuring that sustainability becomes integral to the future of fashion. Together, we are creating a framework that empowers emerging designer fashion businesses to lead the way and contribute tangibly to a more sustainable and responsible industry."
