The first day is coming to an end. What a day it’s has been at the Together in-house fair. It's amazing what we can achieve when we come together. Today marks the first day of the fair, spread across six locations throughout Denmark. Ten brands have joined forces to attract guests from nearly every corner of the world. At Innovation Living, we are ready for the pre-launch of our 2025 collection, where we have focused extensively on personal expression through our two new themes: Bold & Colorful and Timeless Elegance. Christmas is just around the corner. In a few hours, all Danish members of the Guardian Team will gather at our headquarter to celebrate the end of the year and wish each other a Merry Christmas. This year has, once again, been a busy Guardian Year, in which we have welcomed new customers and colleagues to our team. We will be taking a holiday break to spend time with our families before starting the new year with renewed energy. We look forward to an exciting 2025. Tidligere på dagen dagen havde vi besøg af Bjarne Claussen (Spar Nord) og Anders Bramming Vestergaard (BDO), der der overrakte den flotte statuette til Anders Skovbølling.

PFAS are often found in impregnation because they effectively protect against water, grease, and dirt. However, the downside is that these chemicals significantly burden the environment 🧪 An upcoming Danish ban on PFAS in clothing, shoes, and furniture aims to phase-out these problematic substances. 🔎 This raises the question: How do we ensure that our items are just as well-protected in the future? - For companies, this means that they must soon find viable alternatives to PFAS in order to future-proof their businesses. PFAS in impregnation has unique protective properties, so we need to think outside the box to find something that works just as well, says consultant Emil Damgaard-Møller from Teknologisk Institut. In collaboration with Guardian Protection Products A/S, we are exploring the market for substances that could potentially replace PFAS in textile impregnation. If successful, the solution can yield significant environmental benefits as the textile industry accounts for 60% of PFAS emissions that come from the usage phase, such as washing clothes. #dkgreen #dkbiz #PFAS
