Omkring 200.000 selvstændig erhvervsdrivende herhjemme anslås at være omfattet af Virksomhedsordningen (VSO), der giver dem nogle skattemæssige fordele, når de opsparer en del af overskuddet i deres virksomhed. Nu kan en del af den opsparede formue komme i spil til secondary-investeringer, dvs. køb af ejerandele med rabatter af stiftere, medarbejdere og tidlige investorer, der ønsker at få frigivet noget kapital ved at veksle ejerandele. Det er venturefonden Nordic Eye Venture & Growth Capital, der lancerer et nyt koncept, som er udarbejdet i samarbejde med Deloitte. "Vi udvider gruppen af mulige investorer i vores produkt, og det er nyt både i forhold til Nordic Eye, men også nyt i venturesammenhæng,” siger Peter Dybdahl Hede, partner i Nordic Eye.
