We believe that the physical environment makes a difference to the way we act in the world. Therefore, we use design as an active tool to create change – whether it comes to educational environments, workplaces, hospitals, or exhibitions. With a focus on creativity and innovation we convert ideas into physical product and create spaces and environments that make a difference. We base each project on the customer's specific challenges and customize the design solution to the end-users – after all they are the ones who will use it in their everyday life.

Instead of controlling children, we should create learning environments that grow with them and respond to their developing senses and natural ways of learning. 🌈 This is something I deeply believe. And it all started with a lesson about SEEING. It's not just about LOOKING. It's about REALLY SEEING.👀 Something I learned from my mom years ago that fundamentally shaped how I think about designing learning environments. My mom was a photographer, and she gave me one of those old-fashioned cameras. 📸 We would go to the beach, and suddenly, through that lens, I would discover this tiny mussel shell in the sand. The way the light would shine as water flowed over it, creating these beautiful shadow effects – it was absolutely extraordinary! ✨ That happens when you frame a small piece of the world and really look at it. 🖼️ It's a bit like how small children experience space. 📐 Did you know? Our visual field expands as we grow: Small children: 110° vision 🔍 Older children: 180° awareness 🌅 A lot of people don't know this! 🧠 That's why we design different spaces for different ages. Small children can't overlook space the same way we grown-ups do. They need safe, intimate spaces – think of the caves we design, giving them their own little world. As children grow older, their visual field widens, and with it, their capacity to handle greater complexity. Their world literally expands! 🚀🚀🚀 That's why we design in circles – each circle representing a larger territory for exploration as children develop. It's beautiful, really, how their spatial understanding grows together with their cognitive abilities. 🌱 Vision isn't isolated. It works together with our other senses. When children play football, for example, they're not just moving – they're developing their spatial understanding through vision and action. 🎨 There's a moment in every project we genuinely treasure: unveiling the design proposal for a future learning landscape to the students, teachers, and parents who will experience it daily. ✈️ Last week, Rosan Bosch traveled to Switzerland with Senior Designer and Architect Annette Saidj to share the Concept Design for a new Middle School building at the International School of Zug and Luzern. Our proposal is a vibrant tapestry woven from the insights and ideas of the ISZL community, blending cutting-edge educational innovation with the school's unique spirit. 🌱 Imagine a sustainable learning ecosystem where project-based learning takes center stage, and students can shape their educational journeys. This new building is where collaboration sparks connections, and community bonds grow stronger. 🏛️ At the heart of the design are shared campus facilities, where middle and high school students can come together in the comprehensive Communication Centre and share performance and specialized spaces. These facilities are combined with exclusive middle school learning environments featuring dynamic clusters—our "learning mountains"—each crafted to meet every student's diverse needs and interests. 💫 It was heartwarming to see the entire school community—board members, leadership, teachers, students, and parents—come together around this shared vision for the future of learning.
