From June 2024, we will expand the delivery at Vembyte! Sometimes winning isn't the most important thing! - Simply participating is a huge victory! We are proud that our CEO Frederik Vembye was nominated in the category "SME CEO of the Year", it was a strong field, Frederik was up against, and the victory was fully deserved by Rasmus Borup from Stock Group A/S. Vembyte is a completely unique company, our product and delivery are razor sharp, well managed by a management with an eye for the individual employee and with joint results in focus.

Archery 🏹! Thank you for a lovely afternoon! Just as important as the "well-being" of our projects is our own well-being. That's why we tore an hour and a half out of the calendar for a social afternoon event in Aarhus. Almost there! 👨🏻🏫🧠👨💻 Over the past months, Simon Koefoed has been participating in a one to one mentorship together with Frederik, aiming to develop and improve Simon’s personal skills as a developer. Simon chose a very technical focus for the mentorship, gradually going deeper and deeper into the technical paradigm of reactive programming, with lots of hands on assignments (yes… homework like being back in school 🤓) and real world examples. As the final stretch approaches, with just one subject left to conquer, it’s a true pleasure seeing Simon taking in new patterns, theoretical concepts and new ways of thinking reactive software architectures. With this newly gained knowledge and experience, Simon will definitely broaden his horizon and be able to express himself better when designing and developing scalable solutions. Looking forward completing the mentorship the next couple of weeks, but will definitely miss Simon's weekly visits hereafter. #reactiveprogramming #mentorship #personaldevelopment #onetoone
