    • India's top refiner is expected to sign an initial agreement with the state government in January, the Odisha chief minister's office said in a statement.

Both nations reviewed bilateral relations and explored new areas like space collaboration. They also discussed regional and international issues. The next IOSCG meeting will be held in Muscat on a mutually convenient date.

      Oman aims to attract over seven lakh Indian tourists in 2024, surpassing last year's record. The country's diverse attractions, including landscapes, mountains, and beaches alongside the Arabian Sea, are a major draw. Oman prioritizes tourism development, focusing on infrastructure projects and sustainable tourism, and actively promotes travel from India through various events and roadshows.

      Bharat Petroleum Corp's intake of Russian oil dropped to 34% in the July-September quarter due to maintenance at its Bina and Kochi refineries. BPCL had sourced 40% of its crude from Russia in the June quarter. The company aims for significant capital expenditure in the coming years to expand its refining capacity.
