    • Enso Group's Enso Oils & Lubricants has partnered with Gazpromneft-Lubricants to bring G-Energy engine oils to India. The launch event in Mumbai highlighted G-Energy's motorsport-proven performance and suitability for India's demanding conditions, promising enhanced engine durability and performance.

      Six people were killed and seven injured in a head-on collision between an SUV and a truck in Chhattisgarh's Balod district late Sunday night. The SUV occupants, returning from a family function, included four women and a seven-year-old boy among the deceased. The injured were taken to a local health center and later referred to a district hospital.

      Maoists killed a BJP worker in Chhattisgarh's Bijapur district, claiming he was a police informer. This is the fifth civilian killing by Maoists in the region within a week. Police have launched a search operation and intensified efforts to combat the growing Maoist threat, with significant reductions in affected districts reported this year.

      The Competition Commission of India (CCI) has approved three transactions, including the subscription to optionally convertible debentures of GMR Infra Enterprises by a trust linked to the Abu Dhabi Investment Authority. The CCI has also cleared stake acquisitions in logistics service provider Shiprocket by KDT Venture Holdings and MUFG Bank.

      Power Mech Projects has secured a Rs 510 crore order from Adani Power for mechanical construction work at the 2x800 MW Raipur Phase-II Ultra Supercritical Thermal Power Project in Chhattisgarh. The project is expected to be completed within 34 months.
