Workland was brought to life with a vision to provide an alternative to traditional office space rental where any kind of working style is supported, be it short term or long, fixed or flexible, although the focus is on the latter of these. We are offering flexible tailor-made solutions for people in need for workspace, virtual office or meeting rooms. Our fully serviced centres can be found in prime locations across the Baltic States. We are building a community within and between our centres, supporting each company with flexible solutions in great locations, as well as modern, serviced spaces.

The first tranche of Workland’s bond issue closed on December 13, 2024, with 141 investors making 147 investments. The most common investment amount was €1,000, and the largest ticket reached €70,000. While we didn’t collect the full intended sum, the amount raised meets our needs for this stage and will be used to partially refinance existing loans. 🤝 This debut marks a significant step for Workland in the financial markets, as it’s the first time we’ve raised funds from retail investors and high-net-worth individuals. We’re also using this experience to better communicate our unique business model and secured investment structure for projects beyond traditional real estate. Looking ahead, we are considering returning to the bond market in spring 2025 for further tranches of this bond issue.
