EMDEG was established in 1997 by Eng. Magdy Kamel as an electromechanical design office. Since then it has developed rapidly, and now EMDEG is considered one of the top consultancy firms in Egypt specialized in Electrical & Mechanical works. EMDEG’s mission is to provide high quality professional services to its clients in an efficient, timely manner, with the highest standards, state of the art and economical solutions. Hence for the past twelve years, EMDEG has been recognized as a highly specialized consultancy firm, providing integrated electromechanical services. With around 100 qualified employees, EMDEG has successfully executed more than 500 prestigious projects with very high proficiency and engineering excellence, presenting an impressive portfolio of electromechanical services in the national and international markets. في أجواء مليئة بالإبداع والتفاعل، وضمن فعاليات النسخة الثامنة والعشرين من معرض Cairo ICT 2024، وتحت رعاية فخامة الرئيس عبد الفتاح السيسي، نظمت لجنة الاتصالات وتكنولوجيا المعلومات بنقابة المهندسين الجلسة الاستشارية الثامنة التي استضافت المجموعة الهندسية للتصميمات الكهربائية و الميكانيكية EMDEG. شهدت الجلسة حضور الدكتور مجدي كامل، رئيس مجلس الإدارة، والمهندس محمد إبراهيم، مدير الشركة، والمهندس بولا عادل، مدير قسم الاتصالات والتيار الخفيف، إلى جانب نخبة من ممثلي الشركات الوطنية والعالمية المتخصصة في المدن الذكية ومراكز البيانات والأنظمة الحديثة. افتتح الجلسة المهندس أحمد مهران، رئيس لجنة الاتصالات وتكنولوجيا المعلومات، مرحبًا بالحضور ومؤكدًا على أهمية التكامل بين الأطراف المختلفة لتحقيق قفزة نوعية في مجال المدن الذكية. كما نقل تحيات المهندس طارق النبراوي، نقيب المهندسين، مشيرًا إلى أن هذه المبادرات تترجم رؤية النقابة في ربط الخبرات الهندسية بالاحتياجات الفعلية للسوق. تميزت الجلسة، التي أدارها المهندس ماير جرجس، بعرض شامل من EMDEG حول مشروعاتها الرائدة في مجالات مراكز البيانات والبنية التحتية الذكية، حيث قدم الدكتور مجدي كامل لمحة عن الحلول الهندسية التي تقدمها الشركة لدعم المشروعات القومية، مع التركيز على معايير الاستدامة ضمن إطار استراتيجية مصر 2030. الحوار لم يتوقف هنا؛ إذ أتاحت الجلسة للشركات المشاركة فرصة لعرض رؤاها وتطلعاتها في مجال المدن الذكية والمباني المستدامة، ما فتح الباب لنقاش ثري حول أبرز التحديات والفرص في هذا القطاع الحيوي. وفي ختام الجلسة، التي أسفرت عن توصيات هامة للمشروعات المستقبلية، أكد الحضور أهمية تعزيز التكامل بين التكنولوجيا والابتكار لمواجهة التحديات الحضرية وتحقيق التنمية المستدامة. تقديرًا لجهودها المتميزة، تم تكريم EMDEG بدرع نقابة المهندسين الذي تسلمه الدكتور مجدي كامل من المهندس مهران، في لفتة تعكس التقدير لدورها في دعم التحول الرقمي وبناء مستقبل أكثر إشراقًا. نقابة المهندسين المصرية - Egyptian Engineers Syndicate Ahmed Mahran المهندس أحمد مهران Eng.
