The role combines office management duties with HR and accounting responsibilities. The successful candidate will handle office tasks, manage HR records, assist with invoicing, and support senior management in day-to-day activities. Key Responsibilities: Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and inquiries. Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and events. Maintain office files, documents, and records. Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and other documents. Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence. Ensure smooth office operations and manage supplies and equipment. Coordinate with clients and suppliers as needed. Maintain accurate employee records, including attendance, leave records, and personal information. Assist with recruitment processes, including posting job advertisements, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews. Coordinate employee onboarding and orientation programs. Assist in handling employee queries regarding HR policies, benefits, and other HR-related matters. Prepare and maintain employee contracts, documents, and performance records. Assist in maintaining financial records, including invoices, receipts, and other accounting documents. Assist in preparing financial reports, budgeting, and forecasting. Handle petty cash transactions and keep accurate records. Assist in billing clients, managing accounts receivable, and following up on overdue payments. Process office expenses and prepare reimbursements as required.
