Today marked the third and final session of the training series organized by the Faculty of Law - ECU, under the supervision of Dean Dr. May El-Serafy
The session was titled "Oral Pleading and Moot Courts" and was delivered by Mr. Ahmed Khaled El-Qaissy and Mr. Ahmed Karama, lawyers from Levari Law Firm
The session covered:
▪︎The fundamentals and techniques of oral pleading.
▪︎Practical tips for excelling in moot courts.
▪︎Hands-on applications to enhance courtroom performance.
Mr. Ahmed Karama also presented real-life cases and examples as practical models, giving us deeper insights into how to apply the theoretical knowledge to real-world scenarios.
I would like to extend my heartfelt thanks to the organizers, especially Dr. May El-Serafy, for their tremendous efforts in arranging this invaluable training series it has significantly enhanced our legal skills and prepared us for the upcoming moot court competition⚖️

كما تم التأكيد على أهمية تدريب طلاب كلية القانون على اتفاقيات التجارة الدولية وربطها بالواقع العملي، مع التركيز على تعزيز الفهم للعلاقات القانونية بين القانون المصري والقانون الصيني. يتم ذلك من خلال دراستهم الأكاديمية والتدريب العملي على صياغة عقود التصدير ومراجعتها، من خلال ورش العمل التطبيقية التي تُعقد بالمحكمة الصورية للكلية، مما يتيح لهم اكتساب الخبرات اللازمة للعمل في بيئة قانونية دولية متعددة الثقافات.

I’m excited to announce that I’ve just completed my first session in the 1st Edition Of ECU Moot Court competition at the Faculty of Law - ECU! It was an incredibly rewarding experience as we dove deep into criminal law, tackled various cases, and sharpened our advocacy skills.
A heartfelt thank you to Dr.Mohamed Gamal Moustafa for his support and guidance through the session.
I also want to express my appreciation to everyone who contributed to make this session a success. Your efforts truly made a difference.
