Power Up with ELSEWEDY ELECTRIC ⚡ The IEOM BUE Chapter at The British University in Egypt proudly organized an inspiring session and field trip under the theme "Power Up with Elsewedy Electric." This enriching experience provided students with a unique opportunity to connect theory with real-world applications in the field of electrical engineering. Session Highlights: Held in the university library, the session was presented by the esteemed Eng. Ahmed Amin and covered: - Exploring the Elsewedy Product Portfolio. - A Comprehensive Project Lifecycle Overview, showcasing how complex projects are executed from start to finish. - Career Pathways and Opportunities within Elsewedy Electric. - An Interactive Q&A Session, where students engaged directly with industry experts. Students were joined by Assoc. Prof. Noha Mostafa, who guided and supported them throughout the experience. Field Trip Insights: The learning journey continued with an exciting field trip to the Elsewedy Electric Cables and Accessories Factory, where participants delved into the world of: Medium Voltage (MV) Cables production. MV Premolded Accessories, including joints, terminations, and ELBOW technology, supporting voltages up to 36KV. This firsthand exposure to advanced manufacturing and product development was invaluable in bridging the gap between academia and industry. The students were accompanied by TA Eng. Mariam Hossam.
