Boubyan Bank Empowers Managers as Coaching Leaders! Boubyan Bank has just completed a 2-day intensive coaching training program “Coaching For Better Performance” for their management team, which I had the privilege of delivering. The sessions were designed to equip their managers with the essential skills and strategies to become more effective performance coaches for their teams. Through interactive workshops and hands-on exercises, participants learned proven coaching techniques to have meaningful conversations, provide constructive feedback, and inspire their teams to reach new heights. The training emphasized the importance of personalized development plans, setting SMART goals, and fostering empathetic, two-way dialogues. Feedback from attendees has been overwhelmingly positive, with many expressing renewed confidence in their ability to bring out the best in their direct reports. I'm confident this investment in Boubyan Bank's managerial talent will translate to even greater organizational performance in the months ahead. It was an honor to partner with Gulf University for Science and Technology to deliver to Boubyan Bank this impactful program.
