I’ve also found that open dialogue with franchisees is essential—listening to their challenges and feedback builds trust. Lastly, providing tailored support has made a huge impact; every franchisee’s needs are different, and adapting to that has been crucial for success.

While expanding the franchise network it's very important to check upon brand readiness because I personally feel that LALA driven system can't be a right fit into it. Only a process driven system can achieve this milestone. Here we are talking about nevigating the communication challenges which is not only the language barrier as english has become a most common language in all regions. But for the day to day activities it's very important to have someone as local buddy to be the bridge between brand and franchise and as mentioned above about the process driven system, right training of your franchise to use the tools in a right way is most important to overcome with such challenges.
