Recently, we participated in the MBA Career Forum at IESE Business School, where we introduced the second edition of our #CEOLeadershipProgram. Our CEO and President, Carlos Gallardo, alongside Meritxell Blasco, Almirall’s Global People & Organizational Development Executive Director, and Lorena Véguez, People and Culture Senior Manager, alongside current program participants Carlos Villarroya Sanz and Ricardo Ceravalls Rabassa, shared a unique perspective on our company, its culture, and the exciting possibilities within this program.
