The concept of the "agora," reinterpreted for the modern era, permeates every corner. Entrance squares become meeting and gathering points, extending their influence into the building's interior. The functional and comprehensive distribution of space, combined with an architectural strategy that maximizes natural light and vegetation, creates a welcoming and stimulating environment that invites exploration and experimentation beyond.
The architecture of Jaén Plaza advocates for an open and porous layout that fosters relationships between elements.
