We love it when we can see and assess information in real-time and CL Circular is helping businesses to do this with their supply chain. But this isn’t just any real-time software, it’s precise and secure and can capture information that can be utilized to 𝗿𝗲𝗱𝘂𝗰𝗲 𝗿𝗶𝘀𝗸, 𝗶𝗻𝗰𝗿𝗲𝗮𝘀𝗲 𝘀𝗵𝗶𝗽𝗽𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗲𝗳𝗳𝗶𝗰𝗶𝗲𝗻𝗰𝘆 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗽𝗿𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗹𝗼𝘀𝘀𝗲𝘀 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝗮𝗹𝗹 𝘁𝘆𝗽𝗲𝘀 𝗼𝗳 𝗴𝗼𝗼𝗱𝘀, 𝗮𝘁 𝗮𝗻 𝗮𝗳𝗳𝗼𝗿𝗱𝗮𝗯𝗹𝗲 𝗽𝗿𝗶𝗰𝗲. CL Circular's sensors are able to monitor temperature, relative humidity, light (to detect door openings), gasses, geolocate the cargo and even can detect impacts. Furthermore, this system can also geo-locate and track vessels, essential when shipping goods globally. In their platform, you can set up alarms customized to different cargo types to act if something goes unexpectedly wrong, and before the issues are too big. This is good, of course, but not unique. What 𝘪𝘴 𝗮 𝗸𝗲𝘆 𝗱𝗶𝗳𝗳𝗲𝗿𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗶𝗮𝘁𝗼𝗿 𝗶𝘀 𝘁𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗖𝗟 𝗖𝗶𝗿𝗰𝘂𝗹𝗮𝗿 𝗿𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀 𝗶𝘁𝘀 𝘀𝗲𝗻𝘀𝗼𝗿𝘀 𝗶𝗻𝘀𝘁𝗲𝗮𝗱 𝗼𝗳 𝘀𝗲𝗹𝗹𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘁𝗵𝗲𝗺, which enables the company to share the cost of the sensors between clients and enable an affordable price for any kind of cargo. 𝗛𝗼𝘄 𝗶𝘁 𝘄𝗼𝗿𝗸𝘀: users put the sensor in the cargo at the shipping location; the cargo then travels (meanwhile, the sensor data can be tracked when there's connectivity), and finally the sensors are recovered at the destination by CL Circular, not the client. This is a smart way, as this way, every product can afford these sensors, from bananas, which are cheaper, to avocados, which have a higher cost; but also pharmaceutical products, textiles and more. Thanks to its circular model, CL Circular is not only more affordable, but also far more sustainable. By recovering the sensors, they significantly reduce their environmental impact, 𝗲𝘅𝘁𝗲𝗻𝗱𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝘀𝗲𝗻𝘀𝗼𝗿'𝘀 𝗹𝗶𝗳𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗮𝗻 𝗳𝗿𝗼𝗺 𝗼𝗻𝗲 𝗺𝗼𝗻𝘁𝗵 𝘁𝗼 𝘂𝗽 𝘁𝗼 𝗳𝗶𝘃𝗲 𝘆𝗲𝗮𝗿𝘀. Their adaptable hardware allows for constant updates without the need to build new sensors each time. During this trip, we had the opportunity to meet with some of our sensor receivers and explore exciting new possibilities for collaboration and development beyond the current projects. The #PMA event was a great success, where we showcased our solution at our booth and engaged with potential clients eager to digitalize their supply chains and make them more sustainable using real-time technologies. 🔑 One key takeaway from all the meetings was the recurring challenge of supply chain management.
