The Basque Country's chemical industry faces a critical challenge: the lack of qualified profiles is compromising its growth and competitiveness. The 2024 Training Needs Diagnosis was presented, highlighting the sector's training gaps and challenges. 💡 Some of the proposed solutions included: innovative and sustainable strategies to retain professionals, continuous training and development of attractive career paths, and mentoring and dual training programs.
