Hello, best friend! We’re grateful to see the Sun every day and to have learned how to make the most of the world’s most affordable and accessible energy source. This inexhaustible resource enables us to efficiently deliver electricity even to remote areas, improving the quality of life for millions of people. Photovoltaics is still a 'young' energy source, but it has made tremendous strides in a short time, thanks in part to technological research and advancements in solar panel design. That’s why every day, as we watch the Sun rise over the horizon, we feel proud to accompany it on this exciting journey toward a new way of producing and consuming #energy.

A few days ago, we invited you to share your insights in our expert poll, and now the results are in! So, what will be the key to the #photovoltaic sector in 2025? According to your answers, three out of four agree: energy #storage 🔋 will be one of the defining trends shaping the energy industry in the coming months. The second most popular answer, with 19% of votes, points to legislative changes as the most critical factor. Meanwhile, fewer of you highlighted the role of AI and new technologies or advancements in photovoltaic panels as top influencers. Once again, your expert opinions have been incredibly valuable in this discussion about the future of solar energy ☀️ . Stay tuned—another thought-provoking debate is on its way!

The design and engineering phase is crucial to the success of any photovoltaic project. But just how significant is its impact? To explore this, we turned to an expert within our team. José Terriza Requena, our Engineering Manager, provided valuable insights and clarified why this stage is one of the most critical aspects of a solar EPC project. 🗣️ "At GRS, our Engineering Department works to optimize every aspect of the project. This includes designing solutions that reduce on-site execution times and minimize costs without compromising performance and safety."

This breathtaking view is from Edenvale Solar Park, the 204 MW photovoltaic plant we built for Sojitz Corporation and ENEOS Australia Pty Ltd in Queensland, Australia. We’re glad to introduce you to some very special gardeners. 🐑 🐑 The presence of sheep flocks in large photovoltaic plants is a perfect example of a win-win solution. Their grazing habits help maintain vegetation 🌾 , ensuring it doesn’t impact the plant’s performance, while the sheep enjoy the shade and shelter provided by the solar panels. Solar grazing is yet another example of the strong connection between the photovoltaic industry and primary sector activities. It’s a partnership that also supports the economic development of the communities where we operate. #photovoltaics #energy #PVplant #SolarGrazing
