🗣 Last 6th November, during RefComm EU Conference held in Barcelona, our Director of Operations Víctor J. Martínez , together with Pablo González, Delta Valve Chief Engineer, presented the lecture “Coke drum cone spools for unheading systems: why and how”. This conference showed IDESA experience in work fabrication and field installation of cones and/or transition spools of coke drums, related with upgrading of delayed coke units to improve unheading systems, in particular with patented CenterFeed® Device (CDU) by Delta Valve, which extend significantly service life of these drum in refineries. Since 2007, IDESA has manufactured more than 30 coke drums and more than 40 cones/transition pieces (most of these directly contracted by DeltaValve) installed worldwide.

⚓️ Another shipment of equipment manufactured by IDESA, concluded at AVILÉS PORT.    The Drums manufactured are not as large and heavy as you have got used to see, however, the pictures are so nice that they worth to be shown and shared.    By the way, the Drums delivered will travel, this time, to Colombia 🌎 .

The new rolling machine, already introduced last week, is already working!      Our #IDESAteam in Avilés is delighted with the capacity and power of our new acquisition, which will allow us to further increase the capacity and quality of our products.      We continue investing in making our company more competitive and sustainable for the coming new times. 

🗣 Exciting news!    We have just successfully rolled the first plate with our brand-new rolling machine.  With the new machine, already installed in our manufacturing facilities in Avilés, IDESA increases their rolling capacity up to 203 mm (8 in) in thickness.    With this new investment, IDESA will be able to manufacture thicker and heavier equipment, which is in fact currently demanded by the #energy transition and, ensure higher quality in our manufacturing.    If you have any question/inquiry, please do not hesitate to contact us at comercial@idesa.net

🎾 Y aquí están las parejas ganadoras del III Torneo de Pádel María Vigil.    Una fantástica jornada de sábado en el Soho Paddle Club de Oviedo donde disfrutamos con risas, de una estupenda convivencia y en la que se mantuvo la emoción en todas las finales.    Un sábado inolvidable para homenajear a una compañera única.    El próximo año habrá revancha 😉 

🎾 Este sábado 26 de Octubre, vuelve el Torneo de Pádel María Vigil.   Un espacio y tiempo de homenaje a nuestra querida compañera y amiga María Vigil, haciendo lo que a ella más le gustaba: disfrutar del deporte con el equipo IDESA. Tercera edición de una jornada diferente y amena donde disfrutaremos del deporte y de la convivencia y ¿por qué no? Para disfrutar de la competición 😊 y ganarle el partido a tu jefe.  La próxima semana, desvelaremos quiénes han sido los ganadores de cada categoría.  Estamos deseando disfrutar, una vez más, de esta increíble jornada de convivencia y recuerdo.

🛫 During this week, it is taking place in Hamburg, Germany the Carbon Capture Technology Expo Europe 2024 and IDESA, as it has become usual since the last three years, can´t not miss it.      This Expo, which is receiving every year new attendees interested in the Technology, aims to discuss the increasingly important role that carbon capture, utilization and storage (CCUS) currently plays in the transition to a net zero carbon economy.  It also brings together leading engineering, technology, energy, fuels, heavy industry, chemicals, manufacturing, research, consulting and government agencies to explore how the deployment and commercialization of carbon elimination technologies can be accelerated to achieve European Net Zero targets.     For IDESA, as a leader in the manufacturing of equipment for the CCS,  the Expo is certainly a place to be involved.  Our business development manager in CCS & H2, Nacho Dorado will be pleased to meet and support you with any question about our business portfolio in CCS. Martínez participó en la jornada inaugural del VII Congreso Citech sobre «Innovación, sostenibilidad y bases de futuro en Asturias».    Representó a IDESA en la mesa redonda: “Hacia una sostenibilidad mediambiental y económica.
