Join us as we explore the common questions, challenges, and motivations that unite us all. 🤍 𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁’𝘀 𝗮 𝘀𝗶𝗴𝗻𝗶𝗳𝗶𝗰𝗮𝗻𝘁 𝗺𝗶𝗹𝗲𝘀𝘁𝗼𝗻𝗲 𝘆𝗼𝘂’𝘃𝗲 𝗲𝘅𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲𝗱, 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗵𝗼𝘄 𝗱𝗶𝗱 𝘆𝗼𝘂 𝗻𝗮𝘃𝗶𝗴𝗮𝘁𝗲 𝗶𝘁? One major milestone was shifting from being a passive learner to becoming an active contributor and collaborator. Early on, I focused mostly on absorbing information. Over time, I realized the value of sharing that knowledge and working with others to solve problems. I made it a point to seek collaboration and feedback, listen to different perspectives, and ask questions. This approach not only strengthened my relationships with colleagues but also deepened my understanding of the work. 𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁’𝘀 𝗮 𝗴𝗼𝗮𝗹 𝘆𝗼𝘂 𝗮𝗿𝗲 𝘄𝗼𝗿𝗸𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘁𝗼𝘄𝗮𝗿𝗱𝘀? I’m aiming to take on more responsibility and grow my skills to make a bigger impact. For me, this is about both personal and professional growth. It aligns with the company’s vision, and I’m excited to add even more value to the team as I continue to develop. 𝗛𝗼𝘄 𝗱𝗼 𝘆𝗼𝘂 𝘀𝘁𝗮𝘆 𝗿𝗲𝘀𝗶𝗹𝗶𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗱𝘂𝗿𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗯𝗶𝗴 𝘁𝗿𝗮𝗻𝘀𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀? I try to see change as an opportunity to learn rather than something to fear. Shifting my mindset in this way helps reduce anxiety and turns the unknown into something exciting. Staying flexible is key—rigid expectations can lead to frustration when things don’t go as planned. By being open and adjusting as needed, I’m better prepared for unexpected challenges. 𝗖𝗮𝗻 𝘆𝗼𝘂 𝘀𝗵𝗮𝗿𝗲 𝗮 𝘁𝗶𝗺𝗲 𝘆𝗼𝘂 𝘀𝘁𝗲𝗽𝗽𝗲𝗱 𝗼𝘂𝘁 𝗼𝗳 𝘆𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗰𝗼𝗺𝗳𝗼𝗿𝘁 𝘇𝗼𝗻𝗲, 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝘄𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗱𝗶𝗱 𝘆𝗼𝘂 𝗹𝗲𝗮𝗿𝗻? When I moved from being a Customer Service Associate to a Contract Assistant, I was stepping into a much more detailed, behind-the-scenes role. It was a big shift from fast-paced, customer-facing work to managing complex contract terms independently. I had to quickly learn how to handle sensitive information and be more detail-oriented. Through curiosity and asking plenty of questions, I developed new organizational skills and gained confidence in my ability to adapt. I learned that stepping out of your comfort zone is key to growth—and that I’m more capable than I realized when facing new challenges.

I have many hobbies, particularly in the area of arts and culture. One of my greatest passions is Fado, our traditional Portuguese music. On weekends, I sing Fado at several local restaurants. I also love creating crochet crafts, a skill my grandmother taught me when I was very young.
