When you truly listen and connect with guests and then are able to create a moment for them which makes their holiday an unforgettable one, is just the best feeling. It reminds you why we work in hospitality and makes you wanting to continue to strive." What hobby or activity helps you unwind out of work? "This is both a hobby and something that not everyone knows about me. I love to cook! Experiences are on our doorstep here at Jumeirah Mallorca and today we lived the 'guest life' and started the day with a hill climb meditation. Together, we immersed ourself in the nature, in Spanish it sounds even more powerful 'naturaleza'. Feeling the Tramuntana rocks beneath our feet and the clean mountain air, we ascended to the iconic Torre Picada.
