Reflecting on yesterday’s inspiring roundtable discussion, “David vs. Goliath in the Pharma and Biotech Sector,” I can't help but feel grateful for the enriching experience. The evening was filled with insightful discussions, shared learnings, and a palpable energy among both the panelists and the audience. It was fantastic to see how comfortable everyone felt—both on stage and in the audience. The topics we covered, from paradigm shifts in the pharma and biotech business models to the emotional aspects of entrepreneurship and strategies for building high-performing teams, sparked thought-provoking conversations. Even more inspiring were the stories and experiences shared by attendees, bringing new perspectives and fueling a lively exchange of ideas.
