The latest Cranial LOOP study is now published in the Operative Neurosurgery journal! This multicenter randomized controlled trial compares craniotomy closure with Cranial LOOP versus titanium plates and screws, providing valuable insights for neurosurgery practices.   Key findings: -Cranial LOOP delivers equivalent bone flap alignment. -Reduces the number of devices needed per craniotomy. -Simplifies surgical logistics with tool-free implantation.   We thank to all the investigators who made this study possible and contributed to advancing neurosurgical innovation; Dr. Alvaro Gómez de la Riva, Dra.
