We are HIRING!! Location: Madrid, Spain Job Type: Full time, Hybrid. Duration: Maternity leave We are looking for a mid Project Manager with over 3 years of experience as Project Manager in agency or client to cover a maternity leave vacancy (16/18 weeks) and work together with our client’s team within their Global Marketing Department providing services and solutions to the different needs of the regional areas of the company (more than 30 countries). The successful candidate will be part of the client’s structure, he/she will be integrated within their work dynamics and will report directly to the Product Marketing team leader. The chosen candidate should be proficient in Spanish and English and must have experience in managing digital projects, either in a marketing agency, communication, advertising, or client-side, working on multiple projects simultaneously, with multidisciplinary and multicultural teams and focused on results, quality, meeting objectives, timelines, and budgets. The main tasks will include coordinating projects with suppliers and stakeholders, managing content for both local websites (in over 30 countries) and social media, documentation, etc., overseeing campaigns, and providing support to the department. Attend and understand Global internal stakeholders, partners, and customers (B2B2C), to deliver Marketing solutions (tactical). Coordination of content, translations for different markets, and implementation of actions for websites, social media, documentation, etc. Promote the implementation of solutions within the local markets. Provide support for projects including content generation, providers coordination, timing, cost, and quality. Develop project timelines and manage those timelines to achieve all delivery milestones. Work cross functionally with the Global internal stakeholders, partners and customers to ensure project success and the quality outcome. Prepare presentations and documentation. Experience required: +3 years of proven experience developing the tasks and responsibilities detailed in international environment (Marketing Agency, advertising, client...). Demonstrated expertise in the utilization of digital tools and platforms, including CMS is a must. Proficient in English and Spanish is a must. English is part of the everyday life in a Global environment. Oral and written strong communication skills (both English and Spanish). To engage with the different levels within the organization. Easiness to work in a multidisciplinary/global team. Knowledge of social media, Analytics, content management. Knowledge in digital marketing campaigns (SEO, SEM, AdWords and Analytics tools). Methodical approach. Nice to have: Knowledge of B2B marketing digital solutions (Pardot, Salesforce). Knowledge of CRM and BI platforms. Experience in Industrial B2B2C marketing role.
