Some agricultural tasks are getting very close to being robotised: fruit inspection and monitoring, harvesting... The RB-VOGUI+ mobile manipulator with Universal Robots arm (https://lnkd.in/dX6aE6rp) has much to contribute to R&D in agriculture: 🍇It's suitable for outdoor environments 🍇Collaborative robotics means you don't have to change the environment to start using it. This makes it easier for the farmer to use robotics. 🍇It allows the integration of different advanced end-effectors that perform different tasks: fruit detection and inspection, fruit handling, transport, harvesting... We keep moving forward to facilitate failure prevention and process optimisation in the agricultural sector. The aim of our robotics is to make make tasks as cost-effective as possible.
You don’t see a lot of robots in agriculture. Yet… But soon, you will because advanced robotics and AI are in the process of automating the fields and orchards. Ayer tuvo lugar en la sede de la EGM Parc Tecnològic Paterna el primer #comité de I+D+i del Parque Tecnológico de Paterna, con empresas de distintos sectores como automoción, tecnologías digitales, robótica, textil, comunicaciones, materiales avanzados, desarrollo de software, paisajismo, joyería y automatización. El objetivo de este encuentro, dinamizado por nuestra agente de innovación Sara Mesas, fue establecer su marco operativo y definir las temáticas clave que abordarán en las próximas sesiones de 2025. Este nuevo espacio dedicado a la #innovación y el #networking ha servido para fortalecer #sinergias, identificar #oportunidades de #colaboración y establecer #retos comunes entre las empresas participantes. A través de talleres de #cocreación, se diseñaron las futuras actividades del comité con el propósito de impulsar la cooperación en I+D+i dentro del ecosistema del Parque Tecnológico. #innovación #colaboración #empresas
