A ROBOT TO IMPROVE THE PRESERVATION OF POMPEII The Pompeii Archaeological Park and the Italian Institute of Technology, have developed a new archaeological robot: RINGHIO. A unique window into Roman life and a fascinating view of works of art, excavations of great architectural value, organic rests and ornamental objects. Pompeii is a UNESCO World Heritage Site as “the only archaeological site in the world that offers a complete picture of an ancient Roman city”. And it deserves all the technology available for its preservation. 🚢RB-WATCHER surveillance robot to improve the security of port entities: Robotnik's use case in the AER Automation Insight 2024 "Robotnik’s RB-WATCHER autonomous mobile robot has already been successfully tested in the port of Alicante to execute surveillance missions and interact with control centres. Una semana después de que la DANA haya arrasado gran parte de las poblaciones de Valencia, todavía cuesta encontrar las palabras. En primer lugar, nuestras condolencias a los familiares de tantas víctimas. Queremos agradecer también todas las muestras de cariño y preocupación que llegan estos días por parte de los compañeros del sector. Nuestras instalaciones no se han visto directamente afectadas pero sí las viviendas de muchos de nuestros trabajadores, conocidos, amigos, familiares... La ola de solidaridad y generosidad de tantas personas, servicios de emergencias, cuerpos de seguridad y empresas privadas de todas partes del país, es abrumadora. Si estás contribuyendo con tu tiempo, energía o recursos: GRACIAS en nombre de todo el equipo de Robotnik. Los valencianos son titanes, pero eso ya lo sabíamos. Mucha fuerza a todos.
