Whether onboarding a new customer or planning our traditional Christmas party, we approach everything with the same care and attention to detail. 🎁🎅 🌍 Brno, colleagues from all around the world, team competitions, local treats, and loads of fun - that’s our annual Christmas get-together! This year, we flew in with our teammates to celebrate in style. We kicked things off with a city treasure hunt, giving everyone (especially our new teammates) the chance to explore the city that became Ventrata's home. From there, we headed to a typical local brewery for our classic Ventrata pub quiz, danced with Malalata, and enjoyed one of our favorite yearly meet-ups. 🤝 Just as we focus on building strong relationships with our customers, we make sure our team bonds, grows, and thrives - because that’s how we deliver the best ticketing solutions to you. While Gianmarco Pappalardo and I ran the risk of putting a damper on the Ventrata holiday party by assembling our global sales team a day early in Brno, CZ for a 2024 Close/ 2025 KickOff, we didn’t want to miss a chance for a full day together as a sales team. We learned, we laughed, we planned and prepared for an exciting year ahead. Oh and there was Czech beer at end of day! This is a very special team with diverse professional backgrounds from around the world on a common mission to change the way tours, attractions and cultural institutions grow their revenue and serve their guests.
