🌍 OpenMod4Africa at the LEAP-RE Stakeholder Forum 2024! #OpenMod4Africa was honoured to join the Annual LEAP-RE Stakeholder Forum at the Politecnico di Milano, where crucial conversations focused on climate resilience, sustainable energy, and the power of international cooperation in advancing a sustainable energy future. 🌱🤝 Representing our project, RES4Africa Foundation engaged in the science and research in the Africa Just Energy Transition session. This aligns seamlessly with OpenMod4Africa’s mission to develop an open-source toolbox featuring advanced models that support secure, sustainable, and competitive energy systems, crafted to address Africa’s unique needs. 🔍⚙️ Our involvement directly supports Task T2.6, which emphasises collaboration with complementary initiatives like LEAP-RE and the AU-EU Water Energy Food Nexus consortium.
